- You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
- You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
3. Programme description and availability
Vaultise offers three student financial education programmes:
- Student Money Essentials Session — RM 530, single session
- Campus Money Skills Course — RM 1,380, four weeks
- Complete Student Finance Education Programme — RM 2,740, with three months of group support
All programmes are delivered as general financial education only. Nothing delivered in any session, module, group discussion or written material constitutes regulated financial advice, investment advice or personal financial planning under the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 or any other Malaysian legislation.
Programme availability is subject to scheduling and minimum participant numbers. We reserve the right to reschedule or consolidate sessions where necessary, with reasonable notice to enrolled participants.
4. Enrolment and participation
Enrolment is confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation is sent by Vaultise. Places are limited and are allocated in the order that enrolments are confirmed.
Participants are expected to attend sessions as scheduled. If a session is missed, Vaultise will make reasonable efforts to provide the relevant materials but is not obliged to deliver a repeat session for individual absences.
Participants in the Campus Money Skills Course and Complete Programme are expected to engage with peer group sessions in a respectful manner. Vaultise reserves the right to remove a participant from group sessions whose conduct is disruptive or harmful to other participants, without entitlement to a refund of fees paid.
5. Payment terms
All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Full payment is required before the first session of a programme commences unless a specific arrangement has been agreed in writing with Vaultise.
Payment methods and bank details are provided after enrolment confirmation. Fees are inclusive of all programme materials stated in the programme description.
Refunds
- Cancellation more than 7 calendar days before the first session: full refund less any payment processing costs.
- Cancellation 3–7 calendar days before the first session: 50% refund.
- Cancellation fewer than 3 days before the first session or after commencement: no refund.
- If Vaultise cancels a programme for reasons within our control, a full refund will be provided or the place transferred to the next available cohort at the participant's choice.
6. Intellectual property
All programme materials, including handbooks, worksheets, digital tools and session content, are the intellectual property of Vaultise. Participants are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for their own educational purposes.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, sell or share programme materials with others without written permission from Vaultise. Recording of sessions is not permitted without prior consent.
7. Disclaimers
Vaultise programmes are designed to provide general financial education and information. We make no representations that participating in a programme will produce any specific financial outcome for any individual. Financial decisions are personal and depend on circumstances that are outside Vaultise's knowledge or control.
All content is provided in good faith based on general educational principles and publicly available information about the Malaysian financial context. It is not a substitute for professional financial, legal or tax advice. Participants who require personal financial guidance should consult a licensed financial adviser registered under the relevant Malaysian regulatory authority.
Vaultise does not endorse any financial product, investment platform, bank, insurer or financial service provider. Any mention of such products or services in educational materials is for illustrative purposes only.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Vaultise's total liability to any participant arising from or in connection with a programme shall not exceed the amount paid by that participant for the relevant programme.
Vaultise is not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including but not limited to: financial decisions made using information from our programmes, loss of income, or loss of data.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
9. Termination
A participant may withdraw from a programme at any time, subject to the refund policy in Section 5.
Vaultise may terminate a participant's access to any programme without notice if the participant breaches these Terms and Conditions, engages in conduct harmful to other participants, or misrepresents their situation in a way that affects programme delivery. Refunds in such cases are at Vaultise's discretion.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability — shall continue to apply.
10. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be addressed through informal discussion between the parties.
If resolution cannot be reached informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the courts of Malaysia with jurisdiction in Selangor.
Consumer rights available under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 of Malaysia are not affected by these terms.
11. General provisions
- Entire agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between Vaultise and the participant in relation to programme participation.
- Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- Assignment: Participants may not transfer their rights under these terms without our written consent.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised date. For active programme enrolments, any material change will be communicated directly to enrolled participants before it takes effect.
