Cookie Policy

This page explains what cookies are, which ones we use on the Vaultise website and how you can control them. We aim to keep this explanation clear and straightforward.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember certain information about your visit — such as your preferences or whether you have already seen a particular message — so that the experience works more smoothly the next time you visit.
Cookies do not contain personal information like your name or bank details. They are stored on your device and can be managed or deleted through your browser settings.
Cookies we use
Essential cookies
Always activeThese are necessary for the website to function. They include cookies that store your cookie consent choice so that the consent banner does not keep appearing on every page. You cannot opt out of essential cookies.
Examples: cookieConsent (localStorage key storing your preferences), session security tokens
Duration: Session or persistent (up to 12 months for consent storage)
Analytics cookies
OptionalHelp us understand how visitors use the website — which pages are visited most often and where people tend to leave. This information is aggregated and anonymous, and helps us improve the site for future visitors.
Examples: Google Analytics (_ga, _gid)
Duration: Up to 2 years
Marketing cookies
OptionalUsed to track visits across websites for the purpose of displaying relevant advertising. If we run any paid advertising campaigns, these cookies help measure how effective they are.
Examples: Facebook Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking
Duration: Up to 90 days
Preference cookies
OptionalAllow the website to remember choices you have made — such as your region or language settings — so that you get a more personalised experience on return visits.
Examples: Language or display preferences
Duration: Up to 12 months
Third-party cookies
Where you consent to analytics or marketing cookies, some cookies may be set by third-party services including:
- Google Analytics — website usage statistics
- Google Ads — advertising conversion tracking
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — advertising effectiveness measurement
- Microsoft Bing — advertising measurement
These third parties operate under their own privacy policies. Vaultise does not control cookies set by third-party services beyond enabling or disabling them through your consent choices below.

Your rights and further information
You can withdraw or change your cookie consent at any time using the preference controls above. Note that turning off optional cookies does not affect any cookies already placed on your device — to remove those, you will need to use your browser's cookie management tools.
Disabling analytics or marketing cookies will not prevent you from using the Vaultise website. It may mean we cannot improve the site as effectively based on usage data.
